What a long day!

It started with HAVING to get up when I most definitely did not WANT to get up. I then headed out to Adam's parents place to pick up the 3 girls for bridesmaid shoe shopping.  On the way there was a big accident ... no fun at all. The ironic part was that about 100 feet from the accident scene was a large electronic billboard sign that was flashing "High collision area, enforcement to increase". It has been there a week or more.

So off we all went to get some shoes for the girls. I picked up my Chicago tickets and a new spring purse while I was out too. The girls got the prettiest shoes. They are cute dress sandals, all in gold sparkly sequin things, with a cute small heel on them. Very cute indeed! I am happy with their choice!

Then we did lunch and drove them back home, then I had to come back into Ottawa. I had a massive headache starting from it being so damn loud at lunch but whatever.

So I came home and had a 20 minute power nap ... not much power to it mind you. Then we headed out for dinner with one of Adam's sisters, and other friends of ours and their new baby girl. She is GORGEOUS! I cant believe how cute she is! And so TINY! I think she is the most gorgeous baby girl ever! It made me want one ... but the feeling quickly passed !

So now that I am home I am going to jump into bed and read and fall asleep and not wake up for 8 hours. Thats the plan anyhow.

I have never hated a day of the week more than I currently hate Sundays. Its the longest day for me, and so horrible! I just hate it all around. I should call in one of the other girls to do part of my shift.
